MY STORY

I've always loved telling stories. Back in my teenage years, I was all about performing in plays and trying to make people smile. In my 20s, I chased the acting dream with...well, mixed results, but I never let go of that passion. While I was at BCIT's Radio Arts and Entertainment Diploma Program, I discovered I had a talent for social media marketing. That led to an internship with On The Mic Training, which turned into a three-year gig. By the end of my time there, we had tripled our Instagram followers and gained nearly 3,000 TikTok fans in just a year! It was quite the ride. Over those three years, I learned a ton, but the biggest lesson was this: Building a following isn't just about fancy graphics and slick copy. It's about really connecting with your audience. And trust me, they'll give you so much more to work with!

MY PHILOSOPHY

There is nothing more repulsive to the human eye than an ad. When you're scrolling on Insta or flipping through videos on TikTok the last thing you want to see is some annoying promo for a product you're not interested in. But what you do want to see is a funny video or learn some interesting fact, maybe you want to find the perfect meme for a friend that is totally relatable.

But you as a company or brand do want to sell your product. So knowing this, how do you manage to lock the user's eyes for just a moment before they realize they've been looking at an ad all this time and are even interested in clicking that "link in bio". Well, you connect on a human element. It's called "Social Media" after all.

If you are looking to hire my services the first thing I'd be looking at is the community of customers you're trying to cultivate. It's that community that will help you and I brainstorm ideas that not even the great and powerful AIs can think of. Data is great and all but nothing beats the incredible stories of humans just looking to improve their lives with your incredible products and services.
